The book talks
James Webb is promoting and sharing philosophy with his book, Save Your Neighborhood.“We don’t just renovate distressed houses and provide beautiful starter homes … in the construction trades we renovate the lives of people," Webb capsulizes the message of Save Your Neighborhood.
"Unfortunately, our society does not provide us with many options to revitalize a community on a human level as well," he says.
Webb explains the essence of the WAHM model, "We hire local tradesmen, teach them the trade and put them to work! As a result, they become more productive men and women in society. It is because of this that we are blessed to have the acquaintance of a few ordinary people who have extraordinary dreams to grow their financial future through real estate ownership, and many extra ordinary people who desperately seek an avenue to safely, place in motion, their financial strength, instead of sitting on the sidelines, watching America go by.”

Demise of community banks

Neighborhood with meager bank services now has none : Home: The Buffalo News
Community banks are integral partners in the effort to rebuild our neighborhoods. Providing mortgages to first time home buyers to reinvest in communities that would otherwise continue to deteriorate is a collaboration between residents, builders, investors and financial institutions.
The more local, the more invested -- financially, emotionally and intellectually.
Rebuilding impacts all aspects of a community.

Building beautiful starter homes

The philosophy behind WAHM - Webb Affordable Housing Model -- is simple. Through the multiple layers of challenges in today's construction industry, the message maintains its simple integrity.
Rebuild homes, provide jobs, revitalize neighborhoods, change lives.
James Webb says, “We don’t just renovate distressed houses and provide beautiful starter homes … in the construction trades we renovate the lives of people. Unfortunately, our society does not provide us with many options to revitalize a community on a human level as well. We hire local tradesmen, teach them the trade and put them to work! As a result, they become more productive men and women in society. It is because of this, that we are blessed to have the acquaintance of a few ordinary people who have extraordinary dreams to grow their financial future through real estate ownership and many extra ordinary people who desperately seek an avenue to safely, place in motion, their financial strength instead of sitting on the sidelines, watching America go by."
